  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

If tracking information hasn’t updated within a few days, please allow extra time for carrier systems to refresh.


5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Luxazora is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@luxazora.com — we’ll do our best to correct it before shipment.


6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost:

  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • If unresolved, reach out to us at support@luxazora.com with your order details, and we’ll help investigate the issue.

We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Luxazora is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
